Esteffanee Guajardo
I am a passionate and experienced educator with a background in teaching across various grade levels, serving as a Bilingual ESL Specialist, Reading Recovery Leader, and currently working as a Principal Resident. My work has always centered on equitable instruction, literacy development, and creating inclusive learning environments where all students can thrive.
I hold certifications in Bilingual Education EC–6 and as a Texas Reading Specialist, and I’m currently completing my Principal Certification. My journey in education began with a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas Woman’s University, followed by a Master’s in Reading Education from TWU and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of North Texas.
Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to supporting students through high-quality bilingual and literacy instruction, while also mentoring teachers and leading with a focus on equity and excellence. I’m excited to continue growing as an instructional leader and to positively impact school communities through collaborative and student-centered leadership.
